How to Set a Goal and a Timeline

When I started the hustle, I was about 25. It originally started as a conference called HustleCon. Then I turned it into the hustle at the age of 26-ish. Before I do anything, and this is probably a huge mistake that most people make, is they don't pick a goal or a timeline. That's how I came up with that number $20 million. If you're just getting started out, I would rank the what the world needs and what they're willing to pay for the highest.
