China and the Weather Balloon Float Into U.S. Airspace

Janice Mackey-Fraer: The optics of the secretary of state coming here, pushing ahead with that visit as this suspected surveillance balloon continues to float over the United States was simply not going to happen. China did admit regret, which apparently surprised U.S. officials. But what hasn't been made clearer is if this weather balloon did, in fact, veer off course and inadvertently float into U.S., why did China not alert the U.S.? These are some of the questions that still remain unanswered. She says it's going to take a lot to try to get these talks back on track to get this visit rescheduled.
