I Love Elipc, but It's Not the Same

Coaches have to be motivational, relatable. And we were learning a lot about coaching. Learned a lot about inspiration and how to relate to a team. But one of the things weu went to an eli c game last night was that those ilee coaches are really almost like sport psychologists. They war against individualism and actually move people toward te level of of communal success with world level talent. i think if you want to learn how to coach people and and how to optomize human potential, watching e least series is really, really helpful.
