I think for me, i mean, look, so this this my first company, confident and clear eyed around the marked opportunity. But also have the humility to understand i'm probably not the best person to run sales long term. So our strategy has been just find incredible leaders who have been through this stage of scale before get them into the company,. empower them, remove the road blocks. And when you get really good people on to the team who know what they're doing, and you can have frank and honest discussion around the ems in the challenges, lik, you can sort through challenges quickly.
