Vayper's Conviction of Responsibility
Vayper wanted us to pick someone like Hitler who was the all conviction of responsibility politician. And also the one we would argue with bad convictions. So it's not a third way, but perhaps it is what Aristotle called a golden mean between a golden mean, excessive charisma and emphasis on no charisma at all.
