Freud and the Disease of Conversion Hysteria

The disease of the late 1800s in Germany and Austria that doctors were working with is something that they called conversion hysteria. It was largely being suffered by middle-aged women who were how to say this gently going crazy. Freud made a trip to Paris to visit a demonstration done by a French doctor named Charco. The person didn't remember being hypnotized or saying any of those things.
