I like that you bring up Vietnam. I think it's a great example of a country that the rhetoric and the actuality are different. They've got a great black market in Vietnam. Of course, not everything is perfect. Still, the influence of the state is too big. There's too much corruption. What happens if you add more market economy? You can see it all over the world. If people come out of poverty, even at the same time that inequality is increasing, IThink it's not a problem.
