Is There a Package for Change Point Detection?

Change point detection would be great to use if you're monitoring some sort of system. For analysis purposes, it's great to run these sorts of techniques off line. Do you know of anyone deploying these inactual industrial settings where they're monitoring for change points and taking some action? So i bet they are out there.
