A man from Victoria, Canada was arrested shortly after being rescued by the Coast Guard from his cap size boat. Jericho Wolf Labante posted a video on Facebook showing him putting a dead fish on the porch of the Goonies house in Astoria, Oregon. He turned out to be wanted on several charges, including a legal entry into the United States of over a $160,000 yacht.
