The GPT-3 was 175 billion parameters required dozens of graphics cards to run. That's not what you actually use when you use the open AI API. Because unlike the time of big data where it cared about who you are in your data, the only thing these models actually care about is how you use them and which parts of that electronic brain and a jar you light up.
