I think that it's not a coincidence that the Americans, um, crime rate went up in the 1960s as we started going softer. I mean, in every way, like more civil liberties for criminals and attorneys giving them grandor rides. This all happened at the exact same time that crime went through the roof. It's ideology that's leading, they don't like the idea that look someone is behaving badly. You do, uh, incapacitate them. And you take them away from being able to harm society.
