Is Nicola All Right?

The author's younger daughter, Judith, came to meet her at Toronto Airport two days before. She had brought the boy she was living with, whose name was Don and they were driving to Mexico in the morning. For the time being, I live in Vancouver; I sometimes say I have my headquarters in Vancouver. Nicola is my older daughter who used to be a student at the conservatory then became a cocktail waitress,. Then she was out of work. If she had been at the airport, I would probably have said something wrong.
