So then once I came across you guys, it just seemed like a way more passive way for me to get into real estate while still being able to learn all these little things that go along with it along the way. It was way more passive than going out and trying to flip a house or doing the whole birthing, something like that. Yeah. Turnkey route is an easy way to establish a presence in some markets that have a hyperpensative for success based on cash flow. You get to tap into your immediate market or your immediate team and network that you can further leverage over time.
