Lydia Dugdale is the Dorothy Allen Daniel H. Silverberg Associate Professor of Medicine at Columbia University. Her latest book, which is the subject of today's episode, is The Lost Art of Dying, Reviving Forgotten Wisdom. Lydia grew up in a home where death was destigmatized out of the gate for her.
