When dug was a kid, rap music was urban. It was something for the inner cities of new york and los angeles. At a summer camp in maine, a fellow camper introduced dug to a rap group that was making waves at the time. In addition to acapella under street lights and jersey the boom, bap, slap and bang of the wootang clan, dug also witnessed the release of the 19 92 film juice. Many successful chefs and restaurantours cite travel as a distinct benefit to becoming a well rounded restaurant industry professional. Dug had to leave new hampshire to be exposed to an art form that he eventually adopted and loved.
