The Evolution of Fever Charts
Wunderlich did the 19th century version of crunching the numbers and created all these charts. He found different diseases had different fever progressions in patients. His idea was that you could track someone's temperature and diagnose them that way. In healthy people when they are no longer sick we have found that body temperature is 37 degrees Celsius.
