raoul: Venesuelans were very much engaged n in what was happening. They were engaged in politics. We could see like the sort of, like the true nature of the government. And you know that the government is going to repress protests. The whole gado thing was a big thing. In two thousand 19 there was like a sense that transition was going to happen. When it didn't, people got disappointed again. A alot of people started realizing that these folks weren't going anywhere.
