Real Estate Is a Tougher Investment
An eight % return in real estate is really good. Ak, you've caught me in a bit of a contradiction. We were talking about sort of the an appropriate level of return. And what we didn't really say explicitly, but i'll say it now, is that if you're buying real estate and you're getting something like a five or a six % return, which means a 5 or a 6 cap rate,. That's about what it's worth. All right? So, and you remember we said if if you buying a thing withlik an 8 % return, you're getting a discount to what it's probably worth.
