i got hired by a sonnel in ana in decemberof 97, january 98. But my actual first professional writing job was given to me by john stuart. Over four or five months, i pitched him probably a hundred and 50 ideas. Yes, he used one third of one of themwhich he changed significantly for my pitch. Three thousand dollars paid for my rent in new york city. It paid for me to have to be able to stay in new York City and eventually get hired at essonel. And in many ways, i owe this man my entire career.
