Travel and Savoring
I think there's a relationship here between that savoring practice at home and travel because a lot of what is joyful about travel or travel are these quotidian experiences. It's the guy in the airport who draws a map it's going into a convenience store and realizing that the products are completely different in Japan or in India or Uganda then they are back home. I think that's a way to be present without it seeming like such a woo-woo thing which is just like be curious or be open to any opportunity possibly being like the best part of your day or the best parts of your trip even right you don't know where you're coming from.
