I think that there are ideologies which can be unstayed, and one of those is the relationship between Western power and the climate crisis. I was reading recently about this, a new fuel tax being done by the European Union. So you obviously do have here, you have a unilateral effectively global tax, at least for the near term, being imposed by one power on the others. It's a direction of climate politics that I think is not often discussed. Is the whole world going to be able to coordinate on these questions? I mean, maybe I'm a pessimistic person. I think we will actually see countries evolving their more distinct ideology surrounding this question.
