How I'm Recovering From an Almond Injuries

I haven't talked about the injury publicly, but I partially tore my bicep tendon on day two here in Waco. It's been about 10 or 11 days since the injury and I actually climbed in the gym for the first time yesterday. So that felt really nice, stuck to vertical and slabs and just worked on technique and movement. But I was able to pull a little bit, especially in lock off positions. He's happy with the rehab so far and I'm optimistic too.
