There's fundamentally a quest for what will enable Ukraine to make progress under these conditions. The question is not enjoying a manpower advantage, understanding that the next set of fights are likely to be more difficult. What I see is essentially three answers to that question being given. They're trying to improve armored fighting vehicles but also give them equipment they need to stand up new brigades. A qualitative advantage in precision strike capability would allow them to use fewer munitions and target Russian assets behind the immediate line.
