The Dangers of the Decentralized Model

chat GPT four is doing right now, it's not a model file, right? That's actually not that enormous. So if you have a decent graphics GPU in your computer, you could run it yourself and you can have it curated however you like. But I'm at least optimistic in the fact that there's no way this stuff stays under wraps. It does it will get out into the wild. And then people will be able to do what it is they want with it. The problem is the superhuman ability for good and for bad.
