Decision Tools for Syncope, Canadian Feint?
The canadian syncopee rule is the one that seems to be most in favor. The san francisco feint, this is the best of the bunch, in my opinion. But i really believe that the external validation that's been shown outside of canada doesn't suggest that this is better than gustalt. A lot of this stuff is common sense, but it's just not ready for prime time, and i'm not sure it ever will be.
