Sullivan's had to rely on outside experts to be able to do some wook. They've attributed the attack to state sponsord actors out of russia. If we had a blue print for having no breaches at all, we would probably all be adopting it. But equally, i'll be the first one to say that in every one of these attacks, you can always learn something which could have either dissuaded somebody or prevented.
