Weigh Yourself Before You Go Out for Your Run
Weigh yourself before you go out for your run. Ecause that drastically changed when i went back and did a month. I michael as tried and see how muche, we naturally move between one and three pounds a day just on water, weigh ad other things. And that really changes the training stress from your running - especially getting into a taper or a peake. You don't need to weigh yourself every day. Once a week is good because, again, we're not intentionally trying to cut away om the way.
