In every era, ambitious people seek leverage. They seek ways to maximize the amount of impact that they can have. In each place and time through history, there are different what I call technologies of ambition. What those technologies are has changed like wildly over time. The first really great technology of ambition of the modern era was literacy. And we're entering an era where technology entrepreneurship is going to become more and more the default career path for the most ambitious people.

Matt started his career at McKinsey & Co. and holds degrees from Cambridge and MIT, where he was a Kennedy Scholar.
