I think sometimes we lack words trying to describe how we feel but if we had a list it might be more helpful for us to like accurately describe our our feelings there's a graphic in the book that I think is great for the core emotions. One of the ways that I make sure I take care of myself and myself care is with habit stacking so it really became a routine for me of my morning routine of the things I do  to set myself up for success in my day.
