The First Step to Being Disciplined About New Habits

i think that when we're trying to become disciplined about new habits, it's really all about meeting ourselves where we're at. So if you've never meditated, a day in your life is probably not the best place to start. But if you can literally spend five minutes in the morning meditating for reaching for your phone, or maybe during your daily walk, and seeing that time as meditation then you can continue building upon that. And that consistency is likely to lead to better discipline with that habit.
