The neediness in the sale actually pushes the sale away. Most of the people I meet who come into coaching and consulting are not 21 years old, just left university with a degree in coaching. You've got to see that you've got a track record behind you. If you feel imposter syndrome, that's great. That tells me you're heading in the right direction. Stop trying to get rid of it. Get good at it.
