I think about this pretty often I'm like non-stop Complaining on Twitter every single time this happens where I buy something and it takes like seven days to ship or whatever. As a CX person, if the experience is so shit Why do I keep doing it? It's kind of like if you have a product that's good and differentiated like you kind of don't have a choice So I think it's not that's the position you want to be rightright?
