But I always recommend that you start small just so you can prove to yourself, okay, I know I'm capable of consistency. Like I will definitely wake up without snoozing my alarm. That could be enough for the next month. You'll be amazed at how much your mind starts to expand on what else you're capable of doing. And it starts to snowball very, very, very quickly. It's not like, okay, it's 30 days doing this and then 30 days, it's compounding the stuff that you can do."
