Are You on the Same Page?

i feel that in some of these communities there's like a defensiveness. And i think it actually isn't a good look, because certain people are working in organizations that are very antagonistic. I see this in the design community and in some of the design ops community. Just like you have diferent skills - why dont we just work together? We don't need this like, gold stamp coming down from on high of, you know, u x always does this and product always does this. It feels like s the rigt o for it though, righti totally agree.
