Rome Is a Mixed Community
London is always a mix, because it needs its administrators and soldiers. But you've also got all the people who come in the wake of rome - business men supplying goods on which Rome relies. And so london is being populated by a very mixed community. Some would have been native britons, but the native briton are not very visible here. This is primarily a place of people whov come in the aftermath of uniteda's destruction.
