How Do You Manage Your Time?

Getting sleep is incredibly important for my mental and physical health. I will only go out three nights a week with the family and oll friends. A happy day for me is where i spin, you know, a small number of plates. And so i like working across four or five projects in any one week. It's possible to spend a whole week on the back foot, just reacting and responding to the wonderful things life throws at us. Say, the challenge of all challenges is how to get back on the front foot and say, all that being accomplished, what do we want to do next? That will always be the thing that i need extra time and support for.
