The Distinction Between Knowledge and Know How

In innovation economics, people make a strong distinction between passive and explicit knowledge. Explicit knowledge is all of the knowledge that I can communicate through an act of communication. The experience of having cooked with chefs from El Bully or any famous restaurant is much harder to communicate. So it would be considered tacit knowledge. And it's the one that is hardest to see because it's not as obvious as the knowledge we can codify.
