Do You Have Zero Day Water Events?
In the last couple of years, Sao Paulo, Dakar, Senegal, Cape Town, South Africa, Chennai, India, all had zero day water events. So you know, so you can't reflect sunlight your way out of your disappearing water table,. People have to move. And one of the interesting things is that the largest movement of people during the pandemic was South Asians going home from the Gulf countries. But that doesn't mean that either aid, they'll never go back to build those air conditioned cities that the Gulf countries want to build. Demographics are destiny.
