Don't dwell do something intense and actually actively applying that makes a huge difference if you have five every day during the day which are two minutes of stress and you ruminate on those for an hour at the end of the day you have five hours of stress. It's really not changing say my book what I try to get across is that in order to improve your baseline you don't have to go and go to a retreat and drop everything behind and meditate for hours but you can just very slightly modify what you're doing so you can improve your sleep by making some very small adjustments. You can improve your exercise by making small adjustmentsyou can improve the way you respond to stresses and recover afterwards
