The Dutch Have Gone Ahead With Their Plans to Reform the Champions League

Dutch Prime Minister said there would be no mass gatherings until September 1. The Dutch, like the Belgians, and one or two other leagues, were in this very particular situation where their government had effectively put down a hard date. So the Dutch FA made a decision. Do we go to points for games? Do we do pro-reled promotion of mitigation? What do we do with restructuring? All the various options that will come into play, I think, for every league now.
