Rowland: I think to be fair to the naval analysts, I'm going to have to push back on behalf of the police. But this is different partly because it's such low risk, right? These things cost about $250,000, that's a lot of money to me or you. If you can get one of those through a screen of small boats and you can significantly damage a capital ship, then that's worth it. You don't risk losing people. It's something they can use to contest the high seas. This isn't the raw navy or the American navy doing this. And so if you're right, this is a sort of tanks on the some moment.
