The Drive Enforcers on the Training Field

I'm interested in taking a squad now, you know, the absence of Anna Nguyen and Ken, et cetera. Who are the drive enforcers in terms of just out there on the training field? Who's the lead, the one that steps? It's the old cliche by Anna Nguyen Jones, but Evan says it was true. I won't go out and say any, took you out of your comfort zone. What were those experiences like? Obviously carrying the log up the hill in the cold water.
