Should Bitcoin Core Be Included in Bitcoin Core?

The real issue is should this have been included in Bitcoin core and now that it was included, should it be removed before release? That's what a lot of the discussion ultimately sort of wound down to. The reason that full RBF is still in there is not just because the arguments weighed in one way or the other had a lot to do with the social dynamics on any attempt to remove it. Just the drama itself can be a factor that decides whether a certain change happens or not.
