Wang-Ji-Ge's Dream of Connecting Mombasa to Uganda
Wang-Ji-ge claims that had the project gone through his way, it would have cost just $389 billion to build. He also said he would have taken the railway from the port of Umbasa all the way to the border with Uganda in the city of Malaba. Kamani Yochungwa, who was the majority leader in Parliament at the time and vice chair of the public investment committee says he never saw the contract.
