The Lord's Word Is the Source of Life
In verses six to 13, we have a parallel section with verses one to five. The invitation here is to seek the lord and to call upon him. More generally, other nations would come to the faithful servant. And this would all be because the lord had glorified him. In such a passage, we see the crystallization of the greater hope of israel.
