The Mexican cartel gained an incredible amount of power and influence across North and Central America. In September 2010, 20 male tourists had traveled into the city of Acapulco looking for a place to stay. Police also found several over-the-counter drugs in the room they were almost harmless, but have taken along with the mystery cocktail. That combination most likely gave them an intense reaction. By the time they realized something was horribly wrong, it was all too late.
