The concern that we have is that smaller and medium sized non-residential projects are going to get crowded out. So I think that's just an added downside. We've seen this before too, right, when a lot of construction was in downtown urban cores prior to the pandemic. And we are seeing wages in the construction trades rise rapidly,. But presumably that should help alleviate some of the labor issues going forward.
