The Difference Between Connectivity and Sensitivity

In the book you talk about the difference between connectivity and sensitivity as described by the Italian activist Francisco Barardi. Could you describe what the difference is between those two things? It's kind of all about compatibility versus incompatibility it's almost like you know do you have an HDMI or VGA gable you either do or do not have the right one then then the information goes through so um so my example of that is something with a really incendiary headline being shared very very quickly on Facebook by like-minded people who maybe haven't even read the article. in that I think makes us a good time to talk aboutUm an interesting distinction that you made in the book you talked about the difference
