Start ups are looking for generalists. They're looking for people who can say, i need somebody who's going to do the accounting and figure out how to do an e mal merge and build a mailing list. If you can just become 30, forty, 50% good at each of those things at a start up, as you know, before people get specialized,. eventually youl have ten people doing recruiting.
