How to Deal With Anxiety
A big part of CBT is learning to get in touch with that little voice, that little chip that's jumping up and down in your head all the time. So something could be that you're catastrophizing. In owning it, I have a small chapter on this and I call them common mind traps. They're thinking errors. Just being able to label those things and sort of step away from yourself is probably a really good starting point with anxiety.
